Zencart - Adding categories

  • Click on catalog
  • Then categories
  • Scroll down to new category
  • Type in the name and description in respective fields
  • You can add an image by selecting one you have on your HD, and then choosing a directory to which you could install
  • Sort order: this decides the order of the new category in the main list of categories (zero "0" represents the top).
  • Click save
  • The category will now show in the list to the left
